In connection with sale or refinancing, we have assisted a Danish bank with market research and a description and quantification of specific risk factors on a particular feature in a large German city.
Hotels
For a Danish advisor we have assisted with market analyses and valuations of 4 hotels in Northern Germany. The total value of the assets involved is approx. EUR 80 million.
Portfolio Ratings
In collaboration with Danish partners / consultants, we have carried out an assessment and fact-finding relating to a real-estate portfolio with a total value of approx. EUR 110 million in Northern and Eastern Germany, for a major Danish financial institution.
