Over the last 6-8 years I have had the pleasure of working with Dr.-Ing. Heinz-Joachim Wessel on several occasions.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Norway’s largest financial services group DNB, we are particularly concerned that our business partners should operate seriously and professionally – and are always trustworthy. Dr. Wessel certainly satisfies these requirements. In addition, he discreetly and confidentially recognizes opportunities and solutions, and shows a good “staying power” in challenging cases. Our biggest transaction completed was the sale of “Kielland’s House” in Oslo with a sales area of about 6,000 m2 for approx. EUR 25.0 million. In that case Dr. Wessel identified the German purchaser Catella Real Estate AG and represented them while our company had the sales mandate on behalf of the Norwegian property owner. The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
